Each and every encounter with all Boo Realty team members was excellent. Chris Walker was my first and ongoing contact. She is exceptional. I moved alone for a job and knew no one in Myrtle Beach. I wanted a high quality, safe and convenient location close to work. Chris exceeded my expectations..perfect home only four minutes from work with great shopping close by. The owner chose who to rent with but I know Chris must have given me a positive review. I am grateful and enjoyed my rental. The entire team is great but Chris Walker is the noteworthy professional that made the totality of my experience memorable. I will highly recommend agency because of my wonderful experience with Chris. Kudos to her!!

We have stayed at 9540 Shore Dr, 2C several years. It is perfect for our annual girls trip, a party of 5. Check in was easy and early (a big bonus). The unit was clean and as advertised. Upon arrival, supplies were available for use: toilet paper, soaps, dish detergent, etc. We'll definitely return.

We stayed in ‘A place at the Beach’ 9540-2G and it was amazing! The condo was immaculate and newly renovated! The view was perfect and we could walk right out on the beach. I loved the live music next door at Ocean Annies and the fact that they only played till 11 and then things got quiet. The pool was well cared for too and my kids were able to swim since it was only 4 ft deep. Perfect place for families and close to everything.

We stayed in A Place at the Beach 9540 3K and it was perfect. Check in was easy, there was a bunch of beach supplies in our condo supply closet that we were able to use. Was perfect for our family. There were other families from our baseball team that stayed in the same complex and it was wonderful. We were able to have cookouts by the pool, the pool and beach access was superb. Ocean Annie's being next door was a great place to grab a drink and hang out. The complex was clean. Only complaint is not having an elevator and being on the 3rd floor. Next time I would book the first floor.

The condo suite I rented for my family of four was quite spacious (having a 3rd bedroom and bathroom was nice). All the kitchen utensils and cooking pots/pans were available. All the appliances worked well enough (although the oven was slow in heating up to the required temperature). Having both a washer and dryer in the unit was very very helpful (especially with wet beach towels and daily showers being taken). The view from the 9th floor unit was truly impressive. When we checked in, the unit was clean, tidy and ready (i.e. our check-in time was not delayed at all). Overall, our stay was comfortable, pleasant and enjoyable. Thank you Booe Realty!
